I am a family physician and urgent care physician. I purchased this product for daily use in our family medicine clinic. Specifically we use for a manual recheck of any high blood pressure reading on our automated Welch Allyn nurse on a stick after the patient has rested for a little bit. Quality and accuracy are excellent. I am pretty old school and so it took a few uses to get used to how to use the toggle / trigger but once you do the use is very simple. I would definitely purchase this item again. I highly recommend this for use in any clinical environment. I do NOT recommend this for patients to use at home. If you are looking for an accurate good quality device to measure your blood pressure at home then I recommend you look at the blood pressure monitors manufactured by omron. You will be very pleased with the quality, accuracy, and ease of use in the home. You do not need this device to measure your blood pressure at home.
