Overall look is great. Fairly solidly made (better than Kohler or West Elm towel bars I've handled, but not as sturdy as Speakman).My problem is with the install hardware. The holes to attach to the wall are not slotted, so they are very unforgiving if your drill bit happens to wander on your tile wall.Secondly, the towel bar comes in three parts. The two L-shaped pieces attach to the wall and the straight bar is sandwiched between them. If you don't get your holes in the wall perfectly, then the straight bar will move side-to-side and you'll see a gap between it and the L-shaped piece.I found this out after doing a test install on a piece of scrap wood, before returning the item.
